To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. For perishable items, such as snacks and food products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@crispsopic.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details of the issue. After approval, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (unless damaged or defective upon arrival)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@crispsopic.com. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product as part of your claim.
